We welcome imput and invite everyone who enjoys God's Creation through the love of Gardening .
Our next meeting will be March 21, 2009 at 9:30am just prior to the Worship Service. The topic will be "Getting Started" for the coming growing season.
If anyone has spring plants that they have divided and wish to bring and share, that would be great. Please include growing instructions.

Club Update: The 3/21/09 Meeting went very well, with several topics discussed. The Club is going to create two large flower pots to sit outside on either side of the entrance to El Shaddai. This will create a warmer and hopefully more welcoming appearance. The April meeting is going to be helping Jennifer decorated the Sanctuary just prior to the April 8 Worship Service for Passover. Jennifer will let me know when and where, I thing it might be 4/3 Friday night. I'll let members know when I know too.
The other upcoming event will be on May 2, after the Church Service, we will be going some place for lunch and then proceeding to "Brookside Gardens" in Silver Spring,Md. Most folks know where this is located. If anyone does NOT know, please contact Don Greenwalt at 301-432-4780 for directions. This is probably the premeir garden in the Washington D.C. area. It has a large greenhouse with flora exhibits and large gardens outside that are formal and informal in nature. There is a lot to see and enjoy the Spring flowers. This invitation is open to anyone and anyone can bring anyone. The parking is FREE, the admission is FREE. You don't get any better than that. We are thinking of a quick lunch some where from 1:30 to 2:30 and then heading down in a car convoy. This is a very enjoyable place. Please call me, i.e. Don, if you have any questions.
